C.J.~ I loved hearing what you learned today! I am interested to know more about the Vitamin A and B. There are some library books underneath the stereo that might have some more information on Vitamin A and B. I wonder what other information you could find in them.
You said your exercise used weights. Can you describe the exercise to me so that I can try it at home?
